We prepare and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday, except on public holidays.
After your payment has been confirmed, please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare your order. This includes payment verification, quality checking, and careful packing before your parcel leaves our hands.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with your tracking details.
Please take note of our daily processing cut-off:
* Monday–Friday: payments received after 2 PM WIB will be processed on the following working day.
* Saturday: payments received after 12 PM WIB will be processed on Monday.
Exchanges
If you need to change the size, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order (depending on stock availability)
For missing or defective items, please provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your order. The video must show the package from the beginning of the unboxing.
We only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item/style.
SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
